Help!?!?! What is this?

So I was playing with Sumo and I realized that there was a teeny tiny area that was missing hair. It's less than 1cm by 1cm in size and it's on the outside of his hind legs. I looked closer and I found this. Personally, it looks like some type of wart, mole or skin tag. Does anyone know what it is and should I be worrying about it? If yes, what are the best means of getting rid of it? I've attached some pictures.

Thanks in advance!

I would have the vet take a look at it...

you never know which bumps are harmless and which are not.

when in doubt - Vet

Sorry, I dont knwo what it is, other than a probably Vet Trip.  Sorry I wasnt much more help :(

Hard to say...

Sometimes they get these little things called "skin tags", which are no big deal.   I would tend to say just keep an eye on it.  If it starts getting any bigger, changing color or if it seems to be bothering him, take him in.

Or, next time you are at the vet's, mention it to him or her and see what they say.

Zimmer has something very similar...

the vet looked at it & said to just keep an eye on it, to use peroxide & neosporin.

Wart, Mole, Cyst, Mast cell tumor

you should have the vet check it out.

My vet would likely tell me to watch it and if it grows or changes color then he would likely remove it.  He could biospy it first but in reality that is a 2 step process if it needs to be removed, so he feels just remove it with large margins incase it is cancerous.

MacKenzie had something like that which grew over a year, we had it removed and it was a Mast Cell Tumor, stage 1.

Norbert had similar but more like a skin tags, but benign.

I agree...

thatI I would have it removed with good wide margins. My chloe had an internal mast cell tumor in her leg and while the vet was willing to leave it I said no and had it removed. It was malignant. She never had a problem with it after the surgery. At the very least have it biopsed.

Our guy had a mast cell tumor that looked like that too...

I didn't want to scare anyone, but I would definitely have it checked out.
