Healthy treat ideas?
Submitted by Ernie-the-Bulldog on November 4, 2011 - 9:39amHey everyone, just wondering what everyone gives their bully as a treat. I'm looking for a more healthier option, for example I tried baby carrots and Ernie seemed to like them. All ideas welcome!! Thanks!

A spoonful of Yogart -
Plain Yogart w/ the probiotic stuff :) Gizmo LOVES it (I gotta get a picture of it, when she 'wears it' all over her face) and its great for her tummy :)
Normal treats, good or bad, we use Puperonni's, I pinch off just a little bit of it (1/2 or 3/4 inch) just because they have such a strong smell to them. She gets a 'taste'
We just got her new treat, Blue Buffalo Wilderness - Salmon - just like her food, but we havent tried them yet

Beatrix LOVES baby carrots
Beatrix LOVES baby carrots (as well as most other fruits and vegetables) though I only give them to her in moderation. She also thinks that ice cubes are one of the best treats in the world, and I'll give her as many of those as she wants!

Chester loves carrots , apples, bananas, strawberries .
banana's, apples (I peel the skin off for them~~)

She alos like potato chips, but we frownw on those as snacks!! Just saying:-)
