has anyone tried petalive natural products? detox? livercleanse?

As you may have read before, my 14 yr old Gabby is on her last month(s, hopefully). The dr. says she has an enlarged liver and mass on her splein, could be cancer, could be from the rimydal, could be from old age. Anyways, she was having massive diarehea this past weekend, but luckily the metronizadol seems to have fixed it. I was so worried, I thought it might be "time" if the diarehea didnt get better. So now she is bland food, metronizadol, presidone, and now since she is feeling better, vet said to go ahead and put her back on her thyroid and to start her tramadol meds too.
Her poo has gone from a 3times a day solid, to a once a day creamy now... so sad how old she has gotten within just 2 weeks. I asked the Dr. if I should wait until her poo was normal again before I put her on her other meds, he said that her poo may never be normal again :( .
Anyways, Gabby is getting sick of the rice.. what else can I feed her to help firm up her poo? some people have suggested sweet potatoes, pumpkin mix, green veggies give her lots of gas. I need to find something I can cook for her on a daily basis.
can I do like snacks of whole wheat bread or something with some fiber in it? She will not eat dry kibble anymore. is whole wheat pasta ok?
Also, has anyone tried any of these petalive natural products like detox, or livercleanse? waste of money or should I try it?
Just trying to keep my golden girl comfortable and hoping for a miracle. She is still happy, coherent, loves the park, walking, and eating.
