They celebrate the way they should, with picnics, grilled seafood and lots of fun. It's summer there! Happy day, folks!

I'm not sure what I could say other than we should toast the day with a Foster's in one hand and a schmear of veggemite in the other (except I've had veggemite and it's maybe one of the most foul "food" items on this planet...so I'll just stick to the Foster's).
