What a sweet princess!! She obviously had enough walking! 

does this.  There have been a few times that one of us has to walk home and get a car and come back and pick up Ozzy and whomever waited with him.  And he always seems to wait until we are a mile from home.

Chef D does this also.  He likes to do this at street corners, less than a block from home.   He normally waits until I stop to talk to someone and just plops down.  People think it's so cute that he is so behaved and lays down when I stop.   Nope, he is just tired.

No more sleeping in the street!!  Too cute, these bullies certainly are entertaining.

But the hot street? maybe its not so hot, and the street feels nice and warm :) but she looks comfortable.

Poor Gracie.  Winnie hated walks, but never layed in the middle of the road.

Smart girl Grace.  Oliver does this at least once during our long walks.  There are a couple driveways that he he always stops at because they have nice cool pavers in the shade.  You can always tell when hes about to do it because he will slow way down, started drooping his head, then take a couple long wide steps and then plop down frogdog style.  

she?  :-)  Meaty used to do that everrry once in a while when he was a smaller pup...and

hubby would have to carry him home. Now, it seems like he would walk forever if we let him--

except that sometimes he'll take a brief break and lie on the concrete to cool off---! 

People at PetSmart CRACK UP when he plops on the floor like that, too :-)
