I was just thinkin....
'She SO needs to get a baby bully', but I didn't want to 'cross the line' so to speak.
I read in between the lines of your posts....and it makes my heart hurt. I know you are still grieving, and you miss Archie so much. But I also know how much a puppy can fill the heart with joy.........so YES, it's decided, it's time soon! LOL

I sometimes feel bad, about mentioning Puppies -
When there are so many others that need homes :( I'm like everyone else though, I do like LOOKING at puppy pictures - and they do bring a smile to my face -
however -
Support your local rescue of choice :) :) if not with a home, then with blankets, food, volunteering, and ya know, the last I heard they take Cash too! whatcha know !
Maybe I'll start a 'Puppy Jug' (sorta like a swear jug) when I think about wanting a puppy, I'll have to drop in a $10.00 or something, then when the local rescues have a fund raiser :) dang, I'd be BRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKE ! where is that Jar? PUPPY PUPPY PUPPPY (Ok, who's got a few 'Ten's' to spot me :P
LOL
:) :)
Last steps taken May 26, 2014 -- Been rolling along ever since . . . .
good idea
Puppy jar......actually a swear jar for me lately would break the bank!
When I got up in the middle of the night last night I had forgotten that we moved from a queen to a King sized bed last weekend. I came back into the bedroom and walked right into the corner of the bed "Ah #$)(*@)$*$*@)$*@)$*"
I made so much noise that Kippah started barking from her kennel in the living room. In order to not wake up the whole house (as if I had not already) I turned to tell her to be quiet.....well needless to say since the bed is bigger, I was all out of sorts in the placement of my body and the door frame and I walked RIGHT into the dang thing "AH #(*@)(*@$)(@#%#%(%*_)($(@#_)(%(_( #$*_)$(_) )$(*_^*%#)(@*$ "
So much for the house not walking up

"puppy' not defined by age
Puppy really isnt defined my age in my mind......In fact rescuing an adult 'puppy' and getting out of puppy training and chewing stages...SMART idea, believe me!
You're right Rick (dont expect me to say that often) we should all support our Rescues in one way or another! They were very happy to get a 3/4 bag full of Salmon and Sweet potato food that Kippah turned her nose up to!
