Thanks for giving me a heads up on this contest, Judy & Dolly! It seems crazy that less than a week ago you told me about it, and now here we are among the six finalists in the GMA "My Dog's Better Than Your Dog" trick contest!


Gabe's got Ol' Sliver all saddled up and both are rarin' to go, should our Gabesterooter Pawsee Pals help us ride to yet another victory!





This is how it works...
They are pairing up the six finalists to go head-to-head in voting each day, Monday through Wednesday of this week, with the winning three (one from each day) flying to NY to perform live on Thursday am's show. They will then open up the voting once again and the WiNNeR will be crowned on the Friday am show.


Gabe's got his bags packed and is ready to roll (& rock) should Wednesday's votes put him on top...BUT...



...he may be up against some stiff competition. Word has it that he will be pitted against a Border Collie named Leroy---and it's possible that this is the very same BC who was a finalist on The Greatest American Dog TV show a few years back. If so, he's got LOTS of tricks up his sleeve and we'll need to rouse all of the PaWSeE that we can muster and get them VOTING! I'm pretty sure that "Gabe Vs Leroy" will go live online for voting TOMORROW (Tuesday) after the show and at that time I will have an actual link to the voting to send people to...Feel free to pass the link around and round up voters for The Cause (I believe people can only vote ONCE...per computer, iPhone, etc.)
