Fatboy had the surgery done today
Submitted by Fatboy on August 23, 2014 - 11:31pmHe is not feeling so great. The vet technician said he would be feeling the effects of the anesthesia wearing off. He's been whining for a few hours now. I did a bad thing and forgot to ask when he can start his meds. I'm going to start tomorrow morning just to be on the safe side as I don't know how the drugs will interact with the anesthesia that's still in his body.
My poor baby :(

Did the vet give you...
a list of instructions? Usually that will say when to start the meds. If they are pain meds, he might need a dose before tomorrow if he's feeing bad.
