Dog wetting on couch

I need some help. We recently lost our wonderful 8 year old girl tragicly the night before the Toledo specialty show. We also have a 8 month old male we were planning to show. He is from a reputable breeder and has been diagnosed with hip displasia and the breeder has not been willing to make things right and do the right thing. The lady we adopted the retired grand champion from felt horrible about our loss. She had a three year old pet that she offered and we were excited and went to visit and became the proud new owners of a darling girl. The girl we lost we had for over two years and when we first got her we had a problem with her wetting on the couch in her sleep. We consulted with our bulldog vet and he thought her age and comfortabilty of no longer sleeping in a kennel, our vet recommended giving her estrogen once per week. We did this and wetting stopped. Clean the couch and now we have the 3 year old she wets in the couch almost daily. She never messes in the house and omg we are getting past frustrated, other than this she is a complete angel in the house. She gets along well with our puppy but the wetting continues. Anyone have any suggestion? Sorry for the long post but we are lost.

Couch Wetting

As long as there is no medical problem going on I would ban her from the couch.  Go back to potty taining 101.  If you can't be right there to monitor her then she's crated or in an expen.  Couch is completely off limits, even when she is with you.   As long as you continue to allow her to pee or she could be marking her couch then she will continue.
