Molly is almost 14 months now and still gets a case of the zoomies several times a week.. Usually it happens right after her morning walk or right before going to bed at night. I thought they grow out of it, so I'm curious if anyone else's dogs still do it too! I don't think Molly is getting enough exercise since it has been a pretty hot summer and she's been stuck inside, so it could be her burning off some excess energy. Either way, it never gets old for me. I still find it hilarious!
Mine still get the Zoomies
Ester is 5 and she still gets them, Kohl 2 and he does as well. Gotta watch yourself with him, he's my bowling ball when he gets a rolling. I always worry about him running into the sliding glass door.
The only time MacKenzie runs is after he poops. That's his zoomies these days.
That's so funny.. Kibby runs from her poo too!
Kibby is 8 now.. I haven't seen any zoomies for the last year or so... Totally forgot about that extra gear hat he use to have!

Onslow does
bath zoomies and poop zoomies. LOL He's 6.
James has never been much of a zoomer...
I think because he is too busy beating the crap out of his brother (or getting the crap beat out of him) all day. They play so vigorously I worry about them getting hurt.
Silverback's Immaculate Interception, "James"
Zimmer turned 9 in April & he's still zoomin!
And I love to see it!

This just made me SMILE :-)
A Zimmie-Zoomie
Cathy and Audrey
Maybull had the zoomies until she was almost 11 years old.
She doesn't have that much energy anymore, but I think the zoomies are a bulldog thing.
Tug is 6 years old and zooms
mostly outside, which can get kind of dangerous. He zooms up and over stone walls, into the woods, flat out run across the front yard and repeats. And then just quits, funny to watch.

Sophia maybe doesn't zoom so much...
She does get silly though! She hasn't really ever had the zoomies so to speak, but she gets really close to it!
Amy and Sophia
Zooomiess...
Yes..PollyAnna is 7 and she gets the zoomies after she does her business out side. Olive is 10 months old and just snaps into the zoomies for no reason. I love to watch them too!

Gracie does the same thing!!!
that's so funny because right after she goes, she is like a crazy dog! doing laps....it's very funny! but it doesn't last long. She gets tired very quickly!
hmm....not sure what you mean....is it when they run REALLLLY
REALLLY fast after pooping??? Then yes, Sophie still does it, Meaty does not. They both do kick the dirt/ grass
vigorously afterwards, and it cracks us UP!!! :-)
Our sweet Archimedes "MEATY" Bones (or as we say...boneSHHH!) ---born 11/28/08---- our first bullllyyyy!!!
And SOPHIE Bubbles *Rapscallion* (LOL!) ---born 4/3/11----our second bulllllyyyy!!!!
that is so weird... i wonder why they run after pooing??
we always joked that after kibby pooed, she thought it was going that the poo was going to get up and chase her or something because she always ran as if it was ... as soon as the last peice would drop... she was outta here! She would run back in the house and fast!
or we would joke and say kibby is saying "i hate poo!"

Oh yeah, but don't like it at 1 a.m. lol. He runs in circles an
my jack russell is on the bed and he just runs full blast and "checks" the side of the bed with his chest! It's hilarious, over and over! They are knuckleheads for sure.
