A company out of New Jersey 'Massarelli' has a Concrete Bulldog Mold that is really good! You can order the statue in a variety of Colors or finishes -
I dont know how they go about it, but we even seen 1 store that had a lifelike Fawn Statue - if it would of been a little closer to Gizmo's look, we would of dropped the money and figured out someway of getting 200-250lb concrete bulldog into our Corolla :)

Yea, getting into the back seat would of been the hard part !
We really liked it, however, if they would of only spent a few more minutes in the detail work (Not the best finishing painting, like white on the gums vice just the teeth) I guess that was our excuse not to buy it :P
