First of all, thank you so very deeply for all the kind words and thoughts sent our way regarding the loss of Otie. Our bulldog friends are THE BEST, and it is just so hard to describe that to someone else. We "get" each other, and love sharing our experiences, good and bad. You can get information here that is hard to find somewhere else, and you can get support and encouragement to help you through the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. I was overwhelmed by the responses to my post and thank each and every one of you for taking the time to post to me. You don't know me from the man in the moon, yet you are my friends and we have the love of bulldogs in common, and that is a wonderful thing. We don't know much more about each other, other than what we share about our bulldogs. It's such a great community to belong to. You don't know what a comfort it is to just sit and read that people are thinking of you and your loss and wishing you to get to a better place. With your help, I have no doubt it will happen. It means the world......REALLY!

I agree with you. No place like Bulldog World and the people that stay here. When you join this group and have a bulldog people just don't understand. That is why all the Friends here are like Family. Non Bulldogs people just won't get it. Vickey I'm so sorry. That day will come for all us. But here is where I want to call home so when it happens my Family will be beside me. Vicky my heart goes out to you.

We only know each other from the boards, but I feel like this is my family as much as my "real" family is. To me, I know I can come here for comfort and help from friends who understand me, a lot of times better than my own family understands me!
