Bad Quigley!

He's a handful, epecially after being used to having Maybull, the best behaved bulldog in the world. He's jumping up at my hand with teeth showing, she steals, he barks and barks and this morning I woke up to a big pile of poopie outside the bedroom door. He's neer done that. He's not entirely house broken but he has his spots (we gate them off) but this has never happened. Don't want to crate him (small house, not much crate room) but he's so naughty.

He got his stitches out today and I found out that he's lost a pound since 12 days ago. The vet tech said he looks trim and healthy. Should I feen him a little more. He's 8-months old and I thought he was going to be a bruiser, but maybe not...?

I have one too!

I have a little handful with Izzy as well.  She has a small bladder and can't really make it through the day without a piddle somewhere.  She also loves to chew, especially your hand.  Quigley.....we need to get together with you!  Two peas in a pod!  Hang in there!

He is sure being a puppy!!

I remember those crazy puppy days all too well! A sharp NO usually did the trick for me, but Sophia wasn't too nutty as a baby, just sometimes. But still to this day, if she gets mad at me she will poop on the house and piddle on my good rug. And she knows it:-).

How much are you feeding him? I was feeding one cup twice a day when Sophia was a youngster, but she is a smaller girl than some bullies and has never needed more than that. She still only weighs 45 lbs, and she has been that weight since she was about 1 1/2 years old. As an older lady now, she gets 1/2 cup twice a day of Blue Buffalo Grain free.

He's almost eight months old...

We feed him 3/4 cup of kibble 3x a day. He gets snacks, mostly raw beggies which he loves (!). Right now, he's lying on the couch, making whiny complaining noises.
