anyone with experience in polyps/colonoscopy in bulldogs?...

just came back from the vet and Chester is going to have to get colonoscopy.  She did rectal exam and found a growth so we are praying it is polyp that can be removed rather than anything more serious.
She mentioned he would have to go without food for 48 hours and get a "cleansing" thing which would make him go a lot.  Poor baby, he lives for food, I'd prefer to go through it for him :-(
I am very worried about my boy.  We lost Lily last February and I just stop breathing when I hear something is wrong with my baby...
Please keep my boy in your thoughts and prayers...
We are going to find out how and when to schedule the whole procedure tomorrow.

No experience - but sending all the good vibes/thoughts

Sending all the good thoughts Chester's way -  hang in there brother !

I don't have any experience with this, but will be sending good

thoughts for Chester.  Gosh 48 hrs no food,  he'll think he is starving.  Poor guy...Keep us updated please.
