Any SoCal people on?

I was just curious if anyone can recommend that beach in the LBC to take doggies to.  I want to take Fatboy so he can play in the sand (and  hopefully not eat it) but Dad is afraid to take him out of "our area"  whatever that means.  Our poor Fatboy needs to get out of the house.  Grifffith Park is too far and the dog park near our house has some aggressive doggies running around.

Kippah says Fatboy should stay off of the beach and come play in the orchards in Yakima Valley....she's pretty sure you know the way here, and she promises to be nice to little ole fat boy

Not a SoCal resident, but....

We've been to the dog beach in Huntington Beach and it is fabulous.  I don't know if that's too far of a drive for you but I bet Fatboy would love it!  We were visiting relatives this past holiday and we were at the dog beach on New Year's Day.  I saw at least 10 bulldogs and they were having such a good time.

We were at Huntington Beach dog beach about 2 weeks ago.

The beach is very nice,  people and dogs very friendly.

I don't know how close you

I don't know how close you are to San Clemente, but we should have a doggie date sometime (with just Orion, my non-aggressive dog).  Orion needs more bully friends.  He can't keep up with my friends' dogs!
