Just realized tonight that I have the best source of info in a friend of mine who is the Chief Veterinarian for the Province of Ontario. Have contacted him this evening and he says "No antihistamines for puppies." Suggests looking at her food but she is on a totally grain free food and has had no problems so far so am not sure about changing it.  Always learning.
