Admins---a question about indenting paragraphs, please.....

Whenever I post something with multiple paragraphs, I indent by hitting my space key 3-4 times (I started
doing 3-4 spaces because 1-3 wasn't enough, my posts still come out as one big huge, hard-to-read paragraph.
In this case, I just hit my enter key six times......let's see if this paragraph is separate? I'd appreciate some
tips/ advice, please. Maybe it's just my computer or I'm crazy? LOL! :-)

........................ sometimes you need to outsmart the computer :) :) add a few PERIODS where you want your indent to be I guess :)

I don't indent.
You don't need to indent if you simply use separate paragraphs. Actually, hardly anyone on any of these boards makes paragraphs, which makes reading long messages very difficult. I've suggested and I've begged but people just don't do it. Oh, well.

BaRett (see post above)....using periods works wonder-bullyyy!!

Indenting HTML is not so easy
HTML is the language the web is built in, and indenting is not really a "standard" feature of HTML ( see http://blooberry.com/indexdot/html/topics/indent.htm for more info on that) - for that reason, while there are some technical work around possible to indent paragraphs, its not something we built into the standard forum editors functionaltiy.
