Bulldogs World

Lets see - Dottie and I have been together nearing on 10 years now, and have been married for 2 - We live in Central Delaware.

She works in a OB/GYN Billing office as a Medical Coder (she's got her 1st big test coming up in a few weekends)   I am soon to be a 'Displaced IBM'r' after 16 years - (Those commercials ya see? 'I'm an IBM'r"  we roll our eyes and say 'Yea right!' lol)

Dottie rescued a Bully 'Brenda' when she was younger - and has always talked about her -

Me, as a child remember a Bulldog 'Ol Blue' who I was SCARED TO DEATH OF !

The day after we moved into our new brand new home (8 years ago) we brought home our 1st puppy 'Tori' a nearly White Labrador - she was my first puppy ever in my life, heck she was my 1st dog period ! - Unfortuately Tori got ill, and the Vet prescribed her something, that we found out too late, attacked her liver, and she died of Liver Failure when she was barely 2 years old. - I was crushed -

Dottie gets real bad PUPPY-ITIS - and friends of ours had their 1st litter of Cane Corso's (Mastiffs) and she was insisting we get one of these pups. Well I'm 46 and she is 51 and we arent exactly what you would call athletic types - and I knew it wouldnt be a good match (These dogs need LOTS of running room and LOTS of exercise), but she gets hold of an idea and she will NOT let it go (sorta bulldogish dont you think?)  a young couple who we know had gotten Chloe Clohe(?) at 8 weeks old, and at about 8 months old, they realized it just wasnt a good match, as they were in a top floor apartment etc.

Low and behold  we 'rescued' GIZMO and she in turn has rescued us even through she is definately a 'Daddy's Girl'.

Oh 2 legged Children / Grandchildren -    I have no kids of my own, I skipped over fatherhood and slid right into Grandfatherhood :)  (The only way to do it!) Dottie has 2 grown children and we are now expecting our 4th Grandchild, right around my birthday in late september !
