Hello -
I have a 7 month english bulldog that I've noticed lately when he eats or drinks water he is chocking more often. I've heard from friends and my vet that increasing his neck level when he eats helps with that since part of his problem is that bulldogs have a short respiration and that's one of the reasons.
I've been to many pet supplies and can't find a sturdy 8" feeding bowl that would work for my little boy Sucre. Does anyone have any suggestions of where can I purchase one even if it's online? I know they tend to be a bit pricey but if theres a good one that will really work for him I'm not too concern with price.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions :o)

When in doubt I always
go to amazon. I find everything there.
Fatboy aka Stinky :)
We are at stage two
we got a nice adjustable set at Petsmart, it adjusts to three heights, 1st is without legs just the holder, then there are short legs and then taller. At 6 months she is just tall enough for the first set of legs, not positive she will make it to the taller legs, but we will see. As soon as we put the first legs on she quit coughing after drinking water

I actually did go to
I actually did go to petsmart. It seems like the 8" tall is what will work for my little guy. Can you tell me the brand of the one you got?
Thanks

Hi Sue, thank you very much.
Hi Sue, thank you very much. I did see this one in at pet store and was not too sure about it. I'm glad to hear someone has used it and likes it. I will for sure pick it up this coming weekend.
Thanks again

Check this one out!
If Sucre is a messy eater like my girl, this would work. I JUST found this online so I don't know how well it works from experience, but I think I'm going to get one. You can buy two heights of legs.
Hi, yes he is a messy eater
Hi, yes he is a messy eater but an even messier drinker, which one are you referring too I didn't see a link for the one you are referring too. I've seen sooo many online and at the store but can't decided on one. I think my biggest concern is that he eats with as much comfort as he can so he doesn't have to caugh or chock everytime he eats. The height cannot be any higher than 8" because then it would be too high for him to reach,
