Yellow-greenish discharge from male penis
Submitted by sellenz on May 30, 2011 - 6:07pmOur 7 year old bully,. Bubba, has this yellowish-greenish discharge coming from his penis area. There is no odor to it, but it looks like pus. What is this and is it something that we should be concerned with. It is absolutely disgusting. He is neutered also.

Maybe Smegma?
My vet told me it's smegma and perfectly normal. It keeps the penis from sticking to the sheath or something to that nature. Of course if the dog is itching or scratching, acts irritated but it or it has an order, you will want to have it checked out.
