I need a second option. I'm ordered some MalAcetic Wet Wipes to clean Tuffy's wrinkles. The customer service doctor who works for Dermapet said to leave the wrinkles to air dry rather than drying them after cleansing with the wipe. Do you think this is sound advice?
Kofi's nose rope stays moist
If I don't dry it. I use one of those absorbent orange things from the pet store. Cut small squares to dry her and then put zinc oxide to help protect it. I can't say if that's the best. I know when I use medicated wipes she loses much of the benefits that way, but I always feel better drying it.
Yes I dry as well and put on
Yes I dry as well and put on zinc oxiode, to help stop the tear stains.
Carol, do you know what those absorbantorange things are called?
Right now I'm using cotton balls to dry the wrinkles but I don't think those are doing the job quite right...
Thanks!
Sorry, I don't but I've seen them at all the pet stores. They
may be for drying dogs, but they resemble felt. I cut them in small pieces to wrap around my finger and they really absorb the moisture. They would probably be it the bathing section.
Microfiber cloths will work
Dog.com sells those towels that Carol is talking about

But, I think the microfiber is softer (after repeated washings). :)

I left wrinkles to dry ONCE
I wiped down Bunnies face after she had lunch with a damp rag and didn't dry thinking it would dry on its own and just before bed I normally paste on diaper rash cream it was then I noticed her nose rope was still moist....I would say it depends on how deep the wrinkles are but better to be safe than sorry! 8)
Good Times
Thanks for the responses everyone....
You confirmed what I believed to be right!
