Which for arthritis/joints have you tried?

Currently giving my 12 yr old bully Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM...

was looking into these perhaps, anyone try them?

Flexicose http://www.flexicose.com/Flexicose_Pets.html

UBAVET Glucosamine HCL Liquid http://www.ubavet.com/small_lgh.html

My vet today told me that MSM is really good, and the gluscosamine and chondroitin is not very effective, he said just use MSM, but I read alot of positives with the glucosomine, chondroitin and MSM combo.....  if you give you dog this as well do you do the sulfate pills? HCL liquid form?

curious to what others have you had success with for achy joints/arthritis?

You may also want to try Raw

You may also want to try Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. It helps break down calcium deposits in the joints and remineralizes the bones which is good for dogs with arthritis, plus it has alot of other benefits for your dog.

I currently use

NuJoint - it has the glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM combo with Vit C.  It seemed to provide better relief than the Osteo Biflex I was giving.

I just ordered some Arthroplex (based on a recommendation from here).  It has green lipped mussel extract along with glucosamine and Vit C, but no chondroitin.  However, it has boswellia extract.  I'm especially interested to see how the green lipped mussel works - I've read some cool stuff about GLM.

apple cidar vinegar

works real well to break down calcium deposits in the joints...ironically we used the stuff all the time at work when I was a plumber, it disolved a lto of the calcium depsoits that builds up in the pipes

I use combo

Well, Mr. Higgins has had 3 knee surgeries and been walking around perfectly well with no patella on his left side. I think the glucosamine, condroitin, msm and pure salmon oil have done wonders for him.

Went to costco, after reading

Went to costco, after reading up about how the HCL (liquid form) is much more effective than the sulfate pills, I picked up a bottle

of Wellesse's Liquid Glucosamine, Chronroitin and MSM.

http://www.wellesse.com/joint_movement_glucosamine.asp

will only do half a dose as seems a bit strong, well see how it works!
