Whats the best full spectrum probiotic??

I am debating between that one and one called miracle probiotic by nusentia. Roxy has a persistent yeastie ear that I can not resolve with Zymox. She is going to the vets tomorrow. I will see what expensive meds the vet puts her on....... I am thinking this addition will help her fight off all the yeast in her system. Only the best for our bullies :)
