What might this belly rash be?

She started "worrying" this yesterday or today. (I have the image size set as 800x600, I hope it's not too large.)

Dragging?
Is she dragging on the ground at all? My buddy has a couple cedar trees that his dog tends to crawl under an then he drags his belly on the ground cause he's allergic to the tree.
Looks like yeast to me.
