What is the dosage for Aspirin?

Last Spring when she did this she was a walk in appt. and was lucky enough to see the inhouse specialist that day. He said next time we could give her Aspirin for a few days and rest to see if she comes around. I don't remember what the dosage is and the web has mixed answers. She is relaxing right now thanks to Rescue Remedy (the drops are alcohol free) but everytime she jumps or uses the stairs or walks she limps or whimpers just like last time. I checked to make sure it was the shoulder again and not the paw just like the Dr. did and she became extremely guarded when I got to the shoulder movements. We called our E vet and they said we have to bring her in because they can't tell us dosages. So here I am trying to remain calm but I'm just ready to fall apart...Chumlee threw up again yesterday 4 hours after a meal...

It seems I remember reading something about baby aspirin. Also, some use bufferin, but I don't remember the doses.

Up to 50 pounds I do one
Enteric Coated (helps the stomach not get upset). Over 50 pounds and I give 2 to start, then one every 12 hours after. Many different answers for this:-)

they have dog aspirin..
i got some for my old kelpie at petfood express.. it seems to work...the label reads 300mg of aspirin per pill, and 1 pill for 50-80lb dog daily...(2 for bigger dogs) .. good luck ! i know it sucks when all the animals have issues at the same time... hang in there!

We've been resting the afternoon away. I believe Chumlee might have thrown up yesterday because it was his 2nd day with a little more kibble in his bland diet and it wasn't agreeing with him. So instead of 1/2 kibble we did 1/3 today so it wasn't a huge jump from 1/4 to 1/2 like they told us to do : (
