Weird hairless marks by mouth (pic - i hope)

We noticed Gunther has this skinless pink mark by his face the last few weeks. The last few days it's turned into 3. He has one tooth that extends out on that side when his mouth is closed, I thought maybe that was causing this irritation, but he has had that tooth out for a long time.
Anyone know what this might be, and should I worry?!

hmmm I dont think I have ever seen this...
hopefully someone here has experience with it. Perhaps you can put some antibiotic cream on it in the interim. Sorry I cant be more help. Does he paw at it or does it seem to bother him?

As weird as it may sound, it could be...
If he sleeps with that tooth extended, the skin could stick to the tooth and pull away if he wakes suddenly. It's happened to one of mine. That may not be it, but it's a possibility.

Does he have a teaser ball? Onslow face got all cut up on his, had to take it away.

it lasted for a while but now its gone! Its cause he sucks on his toy all day long and thats the result of it.
Took him in, It was ulcers...
Took him to the vet. Said it was skin ulcers. She says it *could* of been from his snaggletooth....Anyway the meds are clearing it up, was getting very red and growing!
