Wart or skin tag below mouth (pic)
Submitted by butlerthebulldog on September 5, 2010 - 2:37pmHi all - Butler has had this wart/skin tag looking thing pop up just below his lower lip in the black area of his face. It is kind of hard to see in the photo (that is me holding his head looking up at the camera!), but it is pink/tannish color and is definitely "attached." He doesn't seem to be bothered by it except when I messed with it with a paper towel. Any idea what this could be and if it needs vet treatment? Or will it just go away? It isn't really a pimple, but something more. Smaller than a pencil eraser, but definitely prominent. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

its kinda hard to see from the picture. I think bullys just ingeneral get bumps and tags as they get older. my poor baby has quite a few. I would only be concerned if it starts to get larger. I would think it looks more like a ingrown hair...
yep rex get these too
he has a couple. the vet said they dont mean anything. i would check with your vet next time you visit just to make sure.
