Vomit question
Submitted by kimrisa on October 30, 2010 - 4:44pmTuffy has only thrown up twice before but today when he puked at the Halloween parade (probably 2 much excitement) he regurgitated his kibble entirely whole and this was from his breakfast that he'd eaten 4 hours ago. It. surprised me that it takes so long for his food to digest and that he swallows his food whole. Is this normal?

Most dogs don't chew their kibble, if they do they break it into swallowable pieces. Is there citric acid in his kibble?
