Update on Bentley's Acne/Pustule and Vet Visit
Submitted by bullylvr on June 8, 2011 - 3:12pmStill not really understanding dif. between acne/pustules but anyhooo...We went to the vet this morning because he started rubbing it on furniture and it was bleeding so I took your advice, Kathy. The witch hazel and stridex pads just weren't cutting it. This is the 2nd time of antibiotics and I do eveything right, I just don't get it. You can see in the picture how bad that one got. Someimes I think this whole thing is going to cause a divorce because of my point of view vs. my husbands...plus, I was prepared for vet bills and am a responsible pet owner but it gets difficult when it comes down to the dog or car insurance. The dog of course - we can walk together :)

Glad to hear it's getting under control...
I know what you mean about the vet bills! We took Ollie in today because his tear stain area was raw and red and now he's on antibiotics too, walked out of the vet's office $215 poorer, but they did do a valley fever test that was pretty expensive. Hope this clears your guy up!
