Tuffy panting/wheezing

Hi! Every once in a while Tuffy will have a wheezing incident that lasts for about 30-40 seconds and then he recovers fine. Today I noticed he seems to be panting and making these strange chortling sounds in the back of his throat. I've attached a youtube video of him panting as an example You have to watch for 25 seconds until you see him pant. Is this just normal breathing sounds for a bulldog or should I be worried?

But it said the video was removed? 

Next time he has an "episode", check his gums to make sure they're pink. :)

My daughter removed the video from her channel. I created my own video channel for the future!
