Tear Stains vs. Any other Fur Stains

I saw the recipes under Bulldog care -  my new Bullie's (1.5 yr old) is brownish / tan stain under her chin and some on the neck.  I used some whiting shampoo but didn't see a big difference.

Could/should I use the same recipes I saw

I'm sure it's just a stain

This dog came from a breeder that lives in the Mtns and is used to running outside in the dirt,  it just looks like dengy stained fur like when a poodle eyes run
