Swollen fold above nose

My bulldog has a swollen reddened nose fold on one side of the face. It is the fold that sits on top of the nose and under the eye and the swelling and redness is on the outside and not the inside. I wipe his fold and eyes everyday so there is no dirt or moisture build up. Can anyone advise how to treat it.

try to keep clean w/peroxide and then apply canesten
if not cornstarch and water paste,apply and let it get dry will absorb the moisture
my archie had that also...
