Roccos nose rope on th left side is slightly swollen... this has been going on for a couple days and just started with runny eyes. Now the nose rope is swollen and a tiny bit under the eye... Does anyone have any evxperience with this?

I have put some hydrocortisone on the red area (not in the eye!!!) and some anti biotic creme (also, not in the eye!!!)

I have had lots of health issues and know a bunch of stuff on how to help him, but this time I am not sure what to do... If anyone knows something that could help, please let me know.
