Stomach Pain

Have had Nigel to the emergency clinic have had xrays ,blood work found nothing only thing they found he was backed up.  He  went to the bathroom while we where there, they sent me home with him I took him to my own vet on Tuesday. gave me pills for his stomach lining and pain pills, He still is not himself he acts like he has a large stomach  pain.  Has trouble using his stomach muscles to get up 1 step.  The vet does not know what is the matter with him.  He sure is not himself.  Does anyone have any ideas.

Stella and Celine might have suggestions

I know the sweet Stella has had some tummy troubles recently and her mom, Celine, has been through all sorts of hoops trying to get things sorted out for the sweet gal.  They might have some tips.

I know people use pepto (or something similar) to help easy tummy pains, I'm sure there will be a lot of tips and suggestions.  I think if the problem persists after being on the meds for a couple days you should probably go see a specialist to rule out any significant problems.

water water water

if he is not passing stool and seems to be having problems becasue of this...make all his food really watery....he could be binding up...they did rule out a blockage?? if not i would get some x rays....

other wise plenty of water and a couple of tums to ease any gas he may have...

hope this helps

Stomach Pain

He definetly had some kind of attack on Saturday.  His abdomen is very sensitive to the touch. The vet has got him now on steroids for inflamation, pain killers and something for his stomach.  He is very quiet, has trouble going up one step . Still don't know what is the matter

I strongly suggest you take him to a bulldog vet

it sounds like pancreatitis which is very serious.  I am trying to help you, please take him in.
