staph infection?

I took a picture to show how it is now...one of them is completly gone and the other one is still without hair but looks way better. Would you keep going with the med again? More than 4 weeks of it?! I put on it 2 times a day a cream with cortisone and anti bacteria...would keeping with that cream only with be enough?

I would get a skin scrape
To see if the staph is gone.
Same spot on both legs?
Is this being caused from her laying down? Did they scrape them before providing meds?
I would continue with the cream but would want to know what is/caused the spots.
Allergy to grass caused it
I was on vacation for 3 weeks and when i came back...it was ugly. Infected. So they put her under med since..
they did a skin scrapping..
she had bumps all over her body..its just those two spots on her legs dont wanna go away easy.
i went to the vet 2 days ago
He dont wanna give me antibiotic anymore....now its starting to have sebum again and swollen...i dont know what to do?!
It have to stop and heal.
