weirder than yoosh....lol......just a little weirder. but seriously, i've been doing reading about this, and although we all know the internet
is full of good info, i'd like more SPECIFIC info from all of you wonder-bull bully lovers! what frightens me is reading that sometimes,
part of the uterus is left behind with the spaying, and that could cause the false estrus....

more info....she was spayed about 3 months ago, absolutely no problems. sometimes i've noticed her labia seem a tad
swollen, but today they are much more so (not alarming...yet!), but the other new thing is that her inner labia are also
protruding a bit.... what i REALLY wanna know is, does this warrant a trip to the vet?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!! :-) and have a bully-eautiful day !!!

Stella's nether parts
They also get "swollen" and red sometimes and I apply Zincofax diaper ointment. She's had chronic bladder infections in the past and I think that sometimes her tinkle gets a bit acidic and irritates her lady parts. The Zincofax cools things down usually. Might try that before consulting the vet - unless the situation worstens, of course.
sorry, I'm no help but hope Sophie
gets back to her normal, silly self soon!
oh, and baxter and buddy....don't worry, she is still her SILLY
wittle self, we've had a fun day today. i just noticed that she's showing verrrry subtle signs of being in a false heat....
let's just say, she seemed a litttttttle bit attracted to a pillow earlier....hee hee....and that's when i noticed the edema.

Does she have any discharge?
Or a fever? Those are the two things I would worry about if she was recently spayed.
Morgan had a stump abcess after her spay and became very sick. The first sign of a problem with her was a discharge.
I agree with Jacinda.....
the same thing happened with one of our recent rescues. She had a stump problem and was constantly swollen and sometimes had discharge due to an infection.
