Snorting/Grunting sound
Submitted by dinaps on September 29, 2010 - 12:10pmMy bulldog is 2 years old and she just started making this sound like she is gasping for air kinda like grunting my 4 year old bully makes sounds when he is out of breath but nothing like this sound! I was wondering if it is normal or if someone has experience it with there bully before I was looking for some advice? Thanks, dinaps
You could be talking about a reverse sneeze...
it sounds terrifying but is totally harmless. Is it kind of a honking, snorting sound like they're trying to breath in and can't? I gently lay my finger across the nostrils and it usually stops it.

when reuben gets all worked up or is hot and panting omg he sounds so awful, LOL. Don't worry it's fine.....
snorts so loud, omg... like he cant breathe or something....
