SHE ATE WHAT!!!!!

My 7 1/2 month female is in heat, well I put a panty liner in her panties and now it has disappeared. I am thinking she ate it, so this is around 9pm. It is now 11:40pm and I took her out and she number 2ed. Not sure what in the world to do. Everything online I found said to just watch and that there should be no problem, but I havent seen it passes yet. Help!!!
I think it will take longer than that to pass through...
probably 12 or more hours. I would think it would degrade once it is in her stomach, not sure though. Possibly she will throw it up also.
Anything show up yet?

Liner
Mine has eaten naughty things and he usually throws it up the next day. Watch for drooling as that could be a sign she is in pain. If she is acting normal, eating/drinking/peeing/pooping/playing just watch her.

Well, both dogs have been eating, drinking and pottying, but nothing has "shown" up yet...
I have given cat hairball remedy stuff....
When my kids get into something and not sure if it was eaten this stuff help to keep everything inside moving along....good luck
