Seizures

Need opinions please..

My friends bulldogs has been having some problems lately.  Her breathing has changed that every now and then it is raspy.  She has shown no signs of doing what she loves to do:  play soccer.  She is eating fine and getting around fine. She took her to the vet and he did xrays and showed bad spinal arthritis and took blood work.  The blood work came back today and it was normal, however, she had a seizure last night.  Which it seems has been her second one.

I am not sold on the idea of a brain tumor.....what else do you think this could be?

The bulldog is 10 years old.....and I love her so much.....

I wish I knew what to say....

But I just don't. I will be thinking about that baby girl though and please, let us know if there is any diagnosis and how she is doing.

Do they know for sure it was

Do they know for sure it was a seizure, because have them search "idiopathic head tremors bulldogs" and read and watch the videos. My 1 1/2 yr. old bulldog woke me up in the middle of the night on Friday, with what I thought looked like a seizure also, we took her in to find out she was in severe congestive heart failure and the vet didn't think she would even make it through the weekend. Anyways if it wasn't for these head shaking episodes we would not even know she was in distress and had pneunomia, a very enlarged heart, and left lung and left side of heart filled with fluid along with her abdomen. Is it just the head that shakes? If it is, it may very well be these tremors, they also seem to stop as soon as you get them to focus their attention on you. I hope this maybe will help you a bit, because my friend who is in vet school called and told me to look this up and it was exactly what my dog looked like, so it helped to ease my mind a bit on the shaking issue, now to just deal with her bad heart. Good luck.
