Sarge up-date diarrhea/lethargic/muscle loss

Ultra sound confirmed mass near splean/liver/pancreas. Sarge had exploratory surgery today...they removed two masses the size of baseballs and 50% of two liver lobes which pathologist will report back next Thursday. The Vet believes could be Hepatocellular carcinoma. He is in recovery and the next 24 hours critical due to the long surgery. If he was older the Vet would have recommended putting him down. Sarge will be 7 May 25th. Hopefully we will have a few good months or possibly a few more years to love him. Thanks to everyone for their help and support! I will keep you all posted..Priscilla

I'll be sending good thoughts for Sarge, hope he gets through this and feels a lot better. We lost a 6 year old to cancer, it's a terrible thing to go through.

I hope he recovers well and has a few more years of quality life.

Unfortunately with Norbert once the cancer was disturbed it escalated the growth time, his was inoperable because it was growing around his larnyx.
