Safe bones for puppies?
Submitted by Emily G on September 29, 2010 - 12:31pmI am a new bulldog owner, and am wondering if there are any safe bones that I can give to my 4 month old puppy, Calleigh. I hear Nylabones are good, but wonder if she is still too young for them. She is still losing teeth and doesn't have her top canines in yet. She loses interest in her toys, and I am wondering if there is a safe bone I could give her that will keep her interested longer. Thanks in advance for your help.

Safe Bones
Nylabones are the best kind of bones to give bulldogs. I have always gave mine nylabones even when they were puppies and actually that is the best time to give them to soothe their gums. I never give mine any edible bones because I have heard of bulldogs choking on them and even know of one person that lost their bulldog because of a rawhide bone. Mine also love the puppy teething keys by nylabone.
