Anyone know what this might be & suggestions on how to treat it? Or is it something that should be seen by the vet? Kinda reminds me of a canker sore. Sorry for the poor quality picture, it was taken with my phone.

Gus had one almost two years ago. It was on his lip and just appeared out of nowhere. It never bled and it never bothered him. Several people on this site (and Gus' breeder) suggested applying brown Listerine on it a couple of times a day. We did that and it eventually shrank and disappeared. You might want to try this for a couple of days and see how it goes. This is a picture of Gus' lip when he had it.
It looks a lot like your Sadie's. Once it went away, he has not had another one. Knock on wood, of course!
My dog had this as well. They are called puppy warts and dogs usually get this from dog parks. Is it the dog version of herpes which humans can't catch! They go away on their own after about 6 weeks and the vet can give you medicine.

Yep! That looks just like it!
Your pic is much clearer than mine. Thanks for posting. I'll give it a try!
Maybe she bit her lip
and caused a little hematoma?
