Rabbit Meal Food
Submitted by Bubbalu on March 23, 2011 - 1:33pmHas anyone ever fed rabbit meal food? I have been having a hard time finding a food for my bully. I feel like I have tried everything besides a raw diet. I think that I need something thats potato free and I found Nature's variety instinct which is graian and potato free. I'm just wondering if Rabbit is ok I've never heard of feeding them rabbit before.
I do feed raw rabbit meat
but never kibbled rabbit.

California Natural has a Chicken Grain Free and Potato Free it is marketed as Grain Free Chicken Meal Formula
All of these are made with Chickpea instead of potato
Chumlee had severe yeast issues with potato
And he also gets Wellness 95% meat. It is canned food by Wellness and obviously grain free. I use it for his meatballs for his Zyrtec twice a day in his food. And I rotate cans so he can get his protein variety.

I actually saw the Nutrisca one and was trying to decide between that and the Natures Variety but I thought that since he's never had rabbit that might be a better choice. It's good to know there are other grain and potato free foods to choose from though. Thank You!
