Hey Guys,
Ive had Roxie on Eukenuba Puppy food (Lamb and Rice) since I got her from the breeder. (same food he had her on and shes had absolutely no issues)
Some have said to switch them to adult food after a year and some earlier. I was reading that some puppy food isnt the best for bulldogs and it may benefit them to switch earlier.
She is 5 months old and I just bought a fresh bag so I was thinking about when to make the switch.
Also, was curious about switching the protein type in the food to avoid food allergies.
(Have you guys heard, good/bad things about Eukenuba? Im not a dog food expert, but it seems to do the trick)
What do you guys think?
Matt
If that brand is working for you,
Try her on an adult version of it. you will know if the adult food will be ok for her in that brand after a short time. I would recommend moving from protein source to protein source every few bags to avoid developing an allergy. It is very safe to switch her at this age, I had Sophie on adult food even younger.

i agree...
if that brand is working for her, then stick with it! its a good brand and be glad you don't have to spend an arm and leg to feed your dog! my other dog without allergies did fine on it. :) ..

Eukanuba
Swith her to adult food and i fed norbert Eukanuba for years (like 6 yrs) and he did fine on it. No need to change whats not broken. Not all bulldogs have allergy problems or food alleriges.
eukenuba just had a recall
go on line and find its the food your feeding.....
i saw
None of the puppt food was recalled so we are safe. Thanks for the heads up
