Bunnies is struggling with fungal issues.
With her feet licking she has turned her poor pads into a mess, swollen front feet pads peeling and irritated. She also has had infection in her ears. I am switching her to a no Grain food however I need information on probiotics.
Will they help with the fight in keeping her fungus free?
Are they pills or food like yogurt.
I keep taking her to the vet and he keeps giving me some medicated
Shampoo and spray but its become apparent they treat the symptoms not the cause.
My poor girl limps and refuses to walk on anything but carpet and grass, she never cries but I can see her eyes squint when she gets up and like Any good parent her pain is mine.
Any help or information would be just wonderful.

The grain free food should help...
it takes a while to make a difference though, maybe 4 to 6 weeks. Our guys have no itching or allergy problems on grain free food. The probiotics will help her digestive system, we give them to both our guys every day. And they especially need them if they are on antibiotics which can kill the good bacteria in the intestines along with the bad.
acidophilus is my choice....
but as you said you have to find the problem...food or contact wilson has contact allergies..food does not help...but since your having ear problem i feel its mostly food as this is where the food allergy shows its ugly head...
my suggestion...before jumping into another food.....go to a elimination diet...brown rice and hamberger or use chicken....alot of people will use pork as dogs have never been introduced to pork in their kibble.....you need to do this for a month..that also means no biscuite grin free or not....use carrots or baked liver as a treat....
in a month you will see changes if its the food.....then buy a small bag of your next choice of food....if its going to casue problems it wont take long to see them coming back
Yes, grain free will help.
I feed one tablespoon of plain fat free yogurt per meal, 2 x daily. It helps with a lot of things, yeast being one of them.
