pregnant, light green vaginal discharge?
Submitted by dmckoi on December 9, 2010 - 3:21pmI noticed a mucus like vaginal discharge hanging down from my bulldog after she relieved herself this morning, it was a vey light green(mucus coloured and consistency) but it had no odour whatsoever. There is no odour coming from her vagina either. She is at approximately her 52nd day. Is there cause for concern? I am in no way soliciting these pups all pups are spoken for.

If she has no fever with it a slight color wouldn't cause me concern. Probably the mucus plug, which is normal. But if it continues and gets a darker color, or developes an odor, I'd get her to the Vet for a quick check-up. Has she recently had an Ultrasound to check the pups heartbeats to be sure all is well?
