Post Neutering
Submitted by n101 on March 5, 2011 - 12:11pmI had my 20 minth old Bulldog neutered 10 days ago. The operation went fine however Heff now has a big chunk of skin (his testicle sack) simply haning there! Is it normal that the vet simply removes the testicles and sews the sack back up and just leaves it? I have never seen this before in any of the other dogs we have owned however all the others were neutered around 6 months of age.
It's normal...
it will recede in a few weeks. Newman looked like he still had his testicles for a week after his neutering. He was 8 months when neutered.
