Poor Brewer

So I was crying like crazy yesterday. I was watching Brewer and it looked liked his eyes were rolling in the back of his head. I called the vet and got him in asap. Come to find out it looks like it is just cherry eye in both eyes. And that those were pushing his eyesballs to look like they were. The vet rubbed them back into place and those are better for now.  Ther may need to get corrected by surgery later on if they keep popping out. But we also found out that Brewer has a bacteria infection (sorry don't remember the name, just that it starts with C) so he is on meds for that now. They found that out by the poop check. But that infection explains why he still has soft stools and would not eat or drink anything yesterday. We also learned that his tail pocket is extremly infected. I have been cleaning it, but didn't realize how deep his pocket was so I missed alot of it. I have a med wash that I am to use for ten days to see if that helps. Well lets just say it probably is not going to help because I can not get anywhere near his butt or he bites me cuz I am hurting him. If the wash doesnt work in the ten days they are going to give me a pill to try to use. I am almost thinking about calling tomorrow to see if I can just skip to the pill right away. If the wash and the pill do not clear the infection they said the best move would be to dock the tail. They gave him his lyme shot yesterday and thankfully no reaction to that. The vet said his pallet is big but I should not worry to much because his nose airway is very wide, which would explain why I have not seen him pant yet. (it has been a heat index of over 100 all week here). The vet also said that his hips are a little loose right now but I shouldn't worry about that yet because he is still young (10 weeks today) and they probably get better. The only other thing I was concerned about was his ears, they seemed to be really wazy, and I thought maybe and ear infection. But thankfully he just has waxy ears. Other than that, no hernias, no tumors, no fleas.

Sorry for the long post, just needed to get all this off my chest.
