Bulldogs World

Please help my baby has been shakking and walking funny like she wanted down. She came close but i picked her up and held her she is in my lap now. I called my vet she said it can wait unless she starts shaking again or her temp goes up. Her temp is 102.0. She is fine now and the shaking lasted for a minute or two.

She seems fine now her gums are pink and responds when i call her name, What do you all think it is. Thanks so much!
