Panalog

So I guess I gotta ask my vet for a Rx for the panalog, unless it is OTC somewhere. I had a problem come up with Brothers tail, stinky, gummy and some blood, which I took as a personal defeat. So I showered his tail and dried it and used Vagisil cream and it's a lot better. No smell and not gettin upset and trying to get to his Boo-Boo. I know it can happen , but I sure did hate that it did. So can I get panalog over the counter?

last time I tried to get it, it was discontinued and replaced with another topical rx, I think it was Animax or something similar. It is by prescription only. We clean our guys tail pockets daily with peroxide on a cotton square, dry with a second cotton square and if it's really red or inflamed, we put Desitin diaper rash cream in it.
